Halifax Town take on Stafford Rangers at the Shay in the Conference National this afternoon kickoff 3pm.

Due to the Shaymen's FA Defeat at the Pirelli Stadium, Chris Wilder and his players will have had two weeks to prepare for the match with Stafford.

Chris Wilder had admitted in the local press this week that former Town skipper Denny Ingram will not be returning to the Shay, however he has brought in two new loanees.

Centrehalf Rob Atkinson and striker Nathan Joynes join Town from Coca Cola Championship side Barnsley and will be looking to make their debuts for the Shaymen this afternoon.

Conference player of the month nominee Steve Torpey will miss the game through a knee injury, while Forrest has a calf injury,
